"I’ve lost count of how many times we’ve been to Jamaica, but it’s safe to say it’s one of our favorite places. However, last year’s visit will probably be the most memorable.

After a day of sun and snorkeling (I will not bore you guys with how many years it took me to get this man to snorkel) we headed to dinner and the resort lounge just as we did the nights before. What was strange was Anthony's sudden obsession to get a picture by the night-lit pool. I found it bizarre but I kept that tidbit to myself and supported his quest. Finally he found a taker that I’m guessing he felt was worthy of taking the picture / video. As asked, the lucky guy took two pictures. Anthony viewed the pictures and then asked for yet another. So far nothing was strange. (SIDEBAR: I have LITERALLY at least 1,000 pictures of Anthony. I know this fun fact because I moved them to a separate hard drive to give my poor phone a break.)

Anthony returned to the pose and then at some point he got down on one knee. Lots of beautiful words were said, but honestly I was little overwhelmed with emotion. I only recall them with the help of viewing the video, but I did know my cue when the very important question of “will you marry me” came.

CLEARLY I SAID "YES!"
